Care and use advice

  • We recommend to follow certain precautions to ensure proper use and care of this product.

  • Do not overload your bag or use it for any unusual purposes which could alter the materials and colour. 
    Do not scratch or rub the item against rough surfaces. 
    Avoid contact with water, greasy & oily products, make-up, and perfumes. 
    If the item comes into contact with water, dab the Goyardine canvas dry with a soft, absorbent cloth that does not pill. 
    Protect the item from damp, as well as from extended exposure to artificial & natural light or intense heat.
    To fill or clean the bottle, kindly remove the cap first, followed by the collar, before taking the bottle out of its case. Make sure the bottle is dry before putting it back it in its case. The bottle is not suitable for microwave, oven or freezer use.


    Do not machine wash the item in Goyardine canvas nor use any other mechanical process.
    Clean all items in Goyardine canvas and leather with a soft cloth that does not pill. Gently wipe the cloth over the item; avoid intensive and repetitive rubbing which may damage the chevrons or the leather. 
    Clean the interior with a soft brush to remove dust. 
    Never use commercial solvents or cleaning products. 
    Keep the item in its original dustbag away from light, heat and  humidity when it is not being used. 
    Fill the interior with silk paper to keep its shape. 
    Do not use plastic to store the item.
    We recommend cleaning the bottle with hot soapy water and a non-abrasive cleaning device. Dry it upside down. Do not machine wash.
